Why Elysian exists.

Exercise writing is the student’sTeachers see only that an exercise was done, never what was written.

People decideAI flags support human judgement and never replace it. Elysian is not a diagnostic or clinical tool.

A person, not a numberEvery student is pointed to their school counselor or a trusted adult. We never hardcode a helpline.

Effort, not happinessXP and leaderboards reward showing up. The only mood-linked bonus is a small one on the weekly board.

Small decisions that matter.
01Students see the rules firstBefore their first check-in, onboarding shows students exactly what their teacher sees and what stays with them.
02The AI never talks to studentsIt drafts questions for teachers and reads answers for safeguarding. It does not reply to anyone.
03A bad day is not a flagThe safeguarding review is told not to flag ordinary negative feelings, so teachers can trust the flags they do get.
04Gentle words, never hollow praiseAfter a hard check-in, students read “it is good that you logged it”, not “great job”.
