Elysian provides a gamified social-emotional learning platform for educational institutions. You agree to:

• Use the platform only for its intended educational purpose
• Provide accurate information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate conduct

Educational Institution Responsibilities

Educational institutions using Elysian agree to obtain necessary parental consents for student participation, comply with applicable education laws, and use student data only for educational purposes in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

The Elysian platform, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Elysian and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Elysian provides educational tools and is not a substitute for professional mental health services. In no event shall Elysian be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time, with or without notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
