Who sees what
Clear walls make honest answers.
Teachers only see students in their own class. Students see these rules in their first minute in Elysian.
Check-in notes are never shown to teachers. Written answers to assignments go through a safety review, and if one suggests a student may need support, their teacher is asked to look at it.

Access
Only the right people, and only their class.

Invitation onlyThere is no public sign-up. The school creates every account.

Multi-factor authenticationRequired on every account, including student accounts. It can be turned off for an individual only at the school’s written request.

A specialist identity providerSign-in is handled by an identity provider that maintains a SOC 2 Type II attestation. The attestation is theirs, not ours.

One class at a timeTeachers can only open the profiles of students in their own class.
The AI
What it sees, and what it never does.

Only the wordsOnly the text of a student’s response is sent to our AI provider. No name, email address, account identifier or school name is included.

No student-facing AIStudents never interact with the AI. Elysian is not a chatbot and does not reply to students.

A person decidesEvery flag is reviewed by a member of school staff. Nothing is closed automatically, and no action is taken without a person.

Honest limitsElysian is a screening aid, not a clinical assessment. It will raise flags that turn out to be nothing, and it will not surface everything.

Never soldWe do not sell student data, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles for any purpose outside your school.

Deleted when you leaveAll student data is deleted within 30 days of the end of your agreement.

Told about a breachWe will notify your school within 72 hours of becoming aware of a breach affecting its data.
